Book Haul [12]: MIBF Edition!

My "Weekly Book Haul" is pretty much just like In My Mailbox by the Story Siren, This Week In Books by Pop Culture Junkie, and Stacking the Shelves by Tynga's Reviews and all the other titles with the similar concept here and there. This is a weekly post showcasing the books you received for the given week, either bought online or from a physical bookstore, borrowed from the library or from a friend, received for review or won from a giveaway, etc.

Hello, fellow readers! Here I am again, doing a weekly book haul here at the Blair Book Project on this beautiful Sunday morning.

This week's book haul is a special one since we have a very exciting event for all bookworms: the 33rd Manila International Book Fair!!! Woohoo!

I just went to the SMX Convention Center at SM Mall of Asia yesterday where MIBF was held at. So much was going on, there's books everywhere, and book signings, and some other crazy stuff. And of course there where a lot of people around. So forgive me for not having any pictures during the event, I always get overwhelmed with crowds, and I can't believe that because of it, I forgot to pull out my camera. Ugh! Bad me!

Anyway, moving on what I got from MIBF. Here they are:
KISS OF FROST by Jennifer Estep (Paperback)
DARK FROST
by Jennifer Estep (Paperback)
BEAUTY QUEENS by Libba Bray (Paperback)

THE MAZE RUNNER by James Dashner (Paperback)
+ SWAG!!!
I got all the books from Fully Booked (the booth inside SMX and at their store within MOA). Yup, I did a bit of a bookstore hop after scouring the booths with my friend Genieve. And how cool is Fully Booked invites? They double as bookmarks!!!

I would have wanted more freebies but with the throng of people buzzing about, it was kind of hard to go around. I couldn't buy more books because, well, being the overexcited self that I am, I already nabbed the books they were selling there weeks or even months earlier from the Book Depository. Tsk!

I did get some other books earlier this week before the event:
UNCOMMON CRIMINALS by Ally Carter (Paperback)
ARCHIE: CYBER ADVENTURES by Stephen Oswald (Paperback) - read

TABLE FOR TWO by Marla Miniano (Paperback)
GIRL MEETS WORLD by Claire Betita de Guzman (Paperback)
Also some ebooks, online. I've had Iron's Prophecy last week but I forgot to put it on the last book haul post so I'm adding it here. Plus I got Shadows just today because of all the rave I'm hearing from Genieve about the Lux series, and how much she loved it. So I'm finally going to give it a try.
SHADOWS by Jennifer L. Armentrout (eBook)
IRON'S PROPHECY by Julie Kagawa (eBook) - read
Well, that is it for me this week. I seriously had a great time during MIBF and I'm really happy about all the books that I got. Hope I get to get more stash next year.

How about you? What did you get this week? Let me know so I can check it out.
Happy reading, everyone!
