Book Haul [24]

My "Weekly Book Haul" is pretty much just like In My Mailbox by the Story Siren, This Week In Books by Pop Culture Junkie, and Stacking the Shelves by Tynga's Reviews and all the other titles with the similar concept here and there. This is a weekly post showcasing the books you received for the given week, either bought online or from a physical bookstore, borrowed from the library or from a friend, received for review or won from a giveaway, etc.

Hello! It's been weeks since my last book haul post. I've been incredibly busy with work that I haven't bought anything recently. But here are the books that I had a few days ago:

TITLES:
REQUIEM by Lauren Oliver (Read and Reviewed)
CLOCKWORK PRINCESS by Cassandra Clare
THINGS I CAN'T FORGET by Miranda Kenneally (Read)
INK by Amanda Sun
THE COLLECTOR by Victoria Scott
THE PIRATE'S WISH by Cassandra Rose Clarke (Read)
I've read Requiem and boy have thrown a fit over that ending (see review HERE). *sigh* I'm still hoping there's a spin-off or something. I've also read The Pirate's Wish, it was a cute ending, still I feel there's more to tell there. Good thing there's another duology to come from Ananna and Naji's world. So yay! Although it's not about them anymore but I'm just as excited.

I've finished reading Things I Can't Forget as well. It's a lot heavier on religion than the first two from the Hundred Oaks books. I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I haven't read any of the books from the Infernal Devices but now that I have book 3, Clockwork Princess, I'll be sure to start on the series soon.

Well, that is all for me this week. I hope you guys had a good week in books. Let me know what you got as well and I'll be sure to check it out.

Happy reading! ^_^

  2. I still need to read Clockwork Princess! I have Delirium but I haven't started it yet. You're not the only one unhappy with where the story went. I might still give it a try. Nice haul!
