Monthly Bookish Roundup [March 2016]

Happy April, book buddies! It's been hot here in the Philippines and yes, it is definitely time to hit the beaches. Yay! How's your side of the world?

While my blog may not have been as hot as the weather, it hasn't been too cold either. Lukewarm, I guess? Let's have a look at what happened in March:

Here's some of the books I've read. If you're following me on IG you probably see a lot of lettering stuff going on. I've taken a calligraphy class and self studying lettering art recently. I'm trying to combine books and lettering in as much posts as I can, as you can see at at least one picture below.

I had the honor of taking part in the COVER REVEAL of Desiree Williams' Sun and Moon and Candace Knoebel's Everdeep. Both having such fabulous covers! Both so kick ass and shelf worthy designs. Click on the images below to read more on them.

Teresa Roman's Daughter of Magic made a quick stop on the blog this March, along with Elle Casey's The Changelings. Did you grab the chance to get some freebies and win some giveaways? No? Don't worry, there's more to come! Be sure to check it out the links to the posts by clicking on the images below.

I had some reviews up on the blog as well. I absolutely loved Elizabeth May's The Vanishing Throne and cannot wait for the last book in the series! Melanie Dickerson's The Golden Braid and Eleanor Herman's Legacy of Kings were great books as well. It's a struggle to wait for the succeeding books but alas, patience dears. Ysa Arcangel's Forever Night Stand was an interesting choice for me to read. It may not have been something I loved but the author is definitely someone I'll be keeping my eye on for her next books. Click on the book cover to read my reviews for each book below.

And that is all for the month of March. I've been busy with some personal and career projects but I'm glad to have still kept my blog active, and that I haven't slacked off on reading.

Cheers to a more productive year! Happy reading!
